AC-P84 product possesses high vulcanization accelerating activity and fine compatibility with rubber, it never produces blooming and nitrosamine in processing, so it's an excellent environmentally-friendly accelerator.

Some relative research personnel have made experiments on the product, the result shows that 0.5 phr of the product is added in tread rubber of tire, comparing with the traditional sulfamide accelerating system, the vulcanization system has been a bit adjusted with such product so that the sizing material is of superior property of anti-vulcanization recovery, and 300% of fixed stretching stress can be obtained while its fragility temperature is obviously lowered and vulcanizing speed is quickened, so the fine performances of anti-bending and cracks-prevent as well as scorching safety of the sizing material are also well kept.

AC-P84 product is never discolored and contamination-free, and it has an obvious effect of anti-changing-yellow for white or color rubber sizing material. In the production of hi-grade rubber shoes, it can be used to promote whiteness and brightness of the relative products and uplift their grades. It also can be used in the composition of making natural rubber soles which need be translucent and quickly vulcanized.

AC-P84 product can be widely used in natural rubber, the general-purpose green rubber, and it also can be used for solid tire and rubber vibration isolating pad etc., the products need be vulcanized for a long time and a high temperature (such as hi-temperature vulcanization of tire and common inner tire etc.), preventing the “too vulcanized phenomena” appeared on product's surface.

AC-P84 product is suitable for EPDM product (like the accessories of freezer washing machine etc.), solving the problems in production caused by contradictions between vulcanized speed, product strength and blooming.
