Function: |
- It is a external/internal lubrification rubber internal molding lubricant.
- It can reduce the internal friction of the sizing materials and conducive to the demouding.
- Can imporve the fluidity of the sizing materials can decrease the extrusion temperature and increase the extruded velocity.
- Can decrease the viscosity of the sizing materials,improve the sliding between the sizing materials and the metal mould,thus it can ensure a good demouding property of made goods and increase the up-to-standard rate.
- When in mixing , this products can prevent the adhesion between the sizing materials and blender mill's rotary drum and Banbury mixer's rotor.
- It is granule manufacture and is non-toxic and harmless and thus environmentally friendly.
