　　 1. The product is a kind of rubber inner-mould release agent with its functions of lubricating and mold releasing. Through reducing viscosity of sizing material and improving slip function between rubber and metal interface, the product can be used to solve a series of adhesiveness problems caused by the internal friction between rubber sizing material and mechanical mold in processing procedures.
　　 2. The product can be used for making complicated mould and injection- mould vulcanized product. It can be used to improve fluidity of sizing material in mould and make the material filled in mould, being easy for vulcanized product to be released from mould.
　　 3. When melting, the product can be used to prevent from adhesion between sizing material and rotor of internal mixer.
　　 4. When squeezing out, the product can be used to promote fluidity of rubber sizing material. The use result is that the speed of extrusion will be increased while die-expansion is small; with good stability of dimensions, it can be used to better the relative product's finish degree.
　　 5. The product is suitable for the production of all kinds of thermo-plasticity and elastic products, improving the result of injecting speed and mould releasing.
　　 6. The product has been successfully used in the composition of sidewall rubber of radial ply tire. In melting and extrusion, it can be used to obviously reduce energy consumption and heighten extrusion speed of semi-finished sidewall rubber tire as well as lower extrusion temperature of sizing material.
　　 7. The product is applicable to be used in natural rubber and various kind of synthetic rubber. So both of the physical performance and processing result of sizing material can be updated; in addition, it is applicable to lessen defective parts of tire's external appearance so as to heighten the qualification rate of final tire product.
　　 8. The product is a kind of particle product, so it is easy to be correctly measured so as to ensure the uniform degree, stability; and in addition, it is nontoxic, harmless and dust-free, so it is an ideal product for bettering production conditions according to the requirements for materials' safety and environmental protection.

　　General Use Amount: 1~3 phr with other compounding agent and can be added together in the relative composition when melting.

The following is the quantity of application for your reference:
　　1~3 phr used in natural rubber; 2~5 phr used in ethylene-propylene-diene rubber; 2~5 phr used in butyl rubber; 2~5 phr used in halogenated butyl rubber ; 2~4 phr used in neoprene; 1~3 phr used in polyacrylate rubber ; 2~3 phr used in butadiene rubber .

The product can be stored in a shady, cool and dry place for one year.
